AGAIN Mr. Tersigni has made a false statement when he said that he has not been convicted of a crime. UPDATED!

On February 16th – Michael Tersigni sent out an email broadcast in which he stated that ‘he has never been convicted of a crime’ – ‘maintains a perfectly clean record’ ‘and passes strict moral and character standards’. (APSURD!)

SUCH A STATEMENT IS FALSE!!

Here are documents which are all public records of Michael Tersigni and show that he has several ‘Criminal Convictions’ &”Civil Complaints’ spanning a period of 22 years.

All three convictions are ‘CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS’ defined as misdemeanors in both Ohio (where convictions were received) and Florida (where Mr Tersigni lives).

Definition of Misdemeanor in Ohio: Crimes are divided into two separate groups based on their respective punishment. In Ohio, the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor is up to 6 months in imprisonment and/or a $1,000 fine.

Definition of Misdemeanor in Florida: A misdemeanor is any crime punishable by imprisonment for less than one year in a county correctional facility.

In 2000 Mr. Tersigni was indicted for the crime of ‘Menacing’, the public records show that a ‘Motion for Anti-Stalking Protection Order’ was filed with the complaint. The public records show that this case was ‘dismissed …with the concurrence of victim’. How many people do you know that have been charged with Menacing with a Motion for Anti Stalking Protection Order – I have not met many?

In 2007 Mr. Tersigniwas indicted and arraigned by an Ohio Grand Jury for the crime of Falsifying Evidence / Tampering with evidence.

A Grand Jury is a type of Jury that takes testimony and considers evidence and then determines whether a criminal indictment will issue. The Grand Jury in Ohio comprises 15 Jurors and an arraignment requires the concurrence of 12 or the 15 Jurors. Mr. Tersigni says that the ‘case is closed’ and I have seen no evidence of a conviction. How many people do you know that have been arraigned by a Grand Jury?

More disturbing: Since January 2012, Mr. Tersigni has written a number of derogatory emails to Board Members, Flamingo Management and members about Laura Nadel.

During the same period (since January 2012), Laura Nadel, has been the victim of an anonymous STALKER that has been sending emails of a menacing and sexual nature to Laura, her Family, Flamingo Board Members, Manager and to Residents. All these menacing anonymous emails were directed at Laura in her capacity as a Board Director of Flamingo. All the emails were targeted at discrediting and intimidating Laura with the stated purpose of forcing her to resign from the Board. The continued menace drove Laura to seek the assistance of the Association Attorney’s but Laura was advised that Mr. Tersigni had given instructions to the Lawyer not to communicate with her. Shortly after the above communication – Laura chose to resign and evident from her email below for your viewing.  Coincidence?  You decide!!

Let’s watch again as he squirms his way out of this one at the town hall meeting Tuesday  !!  I will continue to update these as more may be discovered..
